REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in
accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us.

Return Costs
Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is
necessary.

• digital products once downloading has begun
• custom or personalized products
• sealed hygiene products if unsealed after delivery
