• Prices are stated in EUR (€).
• Bistre glavice, izobraževalne storitve, Anita Sila s.p. is not registered for VAT; therefore, VAT is not charged.
• Any additional costs, including shipping costs, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Orders and Payments
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
• an obvious pricing error
• suspected fraud or misuse
• product unavailability
• other circumstances that make it impossible to fulfil the order
The customer will be appropriately informed of any refusal or cancellation.
Payments are securely processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store your payment card details or other payment information.
5. Shipping
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded through the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights granted to consumers under mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where such provisions apply.
